Brian
Crance - Producer/Director
Brian
Crance is a member of the prestigious Directors Guild of America.
Brian wrote and directed his first play in fourth grade (a play about
the ecological impact of deforestation on animals and the planet -
ahead
of his time for such an early age). Since then, Brian has
written,
produced, directed, shot and edited hundreds of hours of television
programming for USA Network, HGTV, NIck Teen, CBS, FOX Sports, Speed,
Discovery, NBC, Hallmark, and TLC to name a few.
His
first documentary short, The Kenyan Way of Life was distributed
by Aims Media and is now distributed by Discovery Channel's Cosmeo.
RACE
TEAM marks Brian's documentary feature film debut.
Brian
directed the hit television series Nascar Victory Lane: All
Access
for Fox. On this show, Brian pioneered and created many story
concepts, and ways of shooting, which have now become standard on many
race broadcasts. He has used many of these techniques, as well as
new
ones he has pioneered on filming RACE TEAM.
Besides
being a documentary filmmaker, Brian is also an accomplished
multi-camera director and has directed awards shows such as The
Movieguide Awards, as well as musical variety specials.
Brian
is an avid scuba diver and underwater cinematographer. He is
currently
in development on a documentary about the oceans and seas of our planet.
He is
rumored to be a
millionaire playboy, who solves baffling crimes in his spare time.

Ron Boscacci - Pruducer Ron is a multi-talented
producer and 3D animator.
He attended St. Ignatius College
Preparatory in San
Francisco
before moving on to Heald Institute of Technology, earning an associates
degree in electronics. He then continued his education at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, earning a Bachelors in Communication Arts with an
emphasis on Television Production.
After graduation, Ron began his career as a
television freelancer, working primarily as a features producer on Los Angeles
Kings telecasts. From 1991 to 1999, Ron produced and edited over 400 sports
features that aired during Kings games broadcasts. He has twice been nominated
for Emmy awards for his work with the Kings. Ron also began designing, producing,
and editing, segments and elements, for the Kings in-arena Jumbotron shows, leading
to a venture into 3d animation that would launch another area of his career.
In 2000 Ron left Fox Sports West to produce
features nationally for Fox Sports Net and in 2002 was the Associate Producer
on Fox Sports Net’s NASCAR Victory Lane: All-Access. He then began a 5 year stint as a lead
3D animator with Red Gypsy Animation working on such projects as Monster
Garage, Modern Marvels, and Mega Disasters. He continues to work as a
freelancer, recently completing several 3D animations for the documentary Forks
Over Knives and completing work on the documentary RACE TEAM along with producing partner Brian Crance.
Ron is an avid lacrosse player, and was founder
and player/coach of Loyola Marymount University's lacrosse team during his undergraduate years. He now spends his spare
time coaching youth lacrosse in the South Bay area. A native San Franciscan, he is a member of the
prestigious Olympic Club.
